So I am a Disabled Veteran. Five tours in the Middle East during Desert Shield/Storm OIF/GWOT. I have a service animal as the result of my service to our Country. I entered Willies Antiques and immediately the owners told me they do not allow Dogs. I told them that is fine. She is a Service Animal, not a Dog. She said "No She isn't and you need to leave" I stated that she is a Service Animal and is allowed By Law. She (The Owner said She has no vest on so she is not a service animal and I need to leave. I said a vest is not a requirement for a service animal. She said to get out. Then her Husband got in on it and they were verbally assaulting me. I recorded some of the interaction and left. I plan on protesting soon. If you support the troops NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!!!
Great place to shop
Fantastic store, from the merchandise, to the exceptionally clean store and items, to the classy and fair-minded owners. Great selection of antique/vintage items that you actually want in your home. In fact, most of our Broadmoor home is furnished from Willie's. Great value. The store is also a fun place to find little gifts for friends and family.
