River Valley installed a a/c system recently for me, just want to give a shout out for the impressive service these guys bring. Thanks to all of the guys at the shop for the hard work on a not so easy project!!!
We have always been impressed with the service that RVP&H does for us. An example is last Tuesday, June 7, 2016. They came to change out our roof evaporative cooler, it's one of the large ones. It was done under an hour. Last November they came by to work on our heater, again, impressive!!
I called and left message, but they never called me back. Rude!
I can't rate their work, only their customer service as I was told 3 times, count em 3, that someone would be out to do the work and all 3 times no one showed up!!! They don't return calls and I was told by an insider, they prioritize the calls so if you're on the schedule, but a more lucrative job comes in, they blow off the cheaper job. That certainly wouldn't surprise me, as they have utterly horrible customer service, so even if you are able to get a hold of someone, don't expect them to actually show up!!!
I used to go to this plumbing service for all our plumbing needs, but not now. I was just blown off when I had a plumbing emergency. I called and left a message with the answering service twice and not a single call back. Very disappointed; they lost a life-time customer here.
We'll continue to use them as long as we can. Great group of workers!
