they have some of the laziest postal mail drivers they never bring your packages to your house you have to go to the post office and pick them up it's kind of hard when you have an infant.

They are really nice over the phone in person they are a little rude. Also their ability to track packages and get them their on time is slightly lacking. And again today they said online that the box was full and they left a note........ no note and they didn't knock on the door was home all day really lame customer service.

Once again, no Shopper delivered. Every time this happens which is every few months I called the post office sometimes it's only me sometimes it's only the people at the end of the trailer park, but today again it was all of us. I have been waiting patiently to go grocery shopping which I would like to do once I know what's on sale which comes in The Shopper. I am getting really sick and tired of this I have been living at the same address for 11 years now. I have been living in Florence for 20 years. I'm still getting other people's mail I put my flag up for mail to be picked up and I get ignored because I don't have a delivery that day. The people who own and run the Shopper pay for a bulk mailing rate. I expect you to honor that postage that they have paid and deliver my shopper every Tuesday as scheduled.
